He served as the Head of Procurement and Logistics at Valington Homes and Properties Ltd from 2020 to 2024, where he streamlined supply chain operations and asset acquisition.
Following this, he transitioned to leadership as the Managing Director of Urban Pacific Realty Ltd, a conglomerate of Valabi Shelters Ltd. from March 2024 until January 2026.
Currently as the MD/CEO of Roseland Shelters Ltd, Mr. Ilok's is poised with driving strategic growth, marketing innovation, and excellence in real estate investment, estate management, development, infrastructures and real estate consultancy.
